King Shaw Associates was founded in 2002, by building physicist Doug King with structural engineer Mike Shaw. The practice offers structural, environmental and building services engineering to support the design of quality buildings. The practice has a clear agenda to promote sustainability in the construction, occupation and operation of buildings through good design.
Our aim is to treat every construction project as bespoke, developing a thorough understanding of each client’s requirements and tailoring our solutions to enhance their business objectives. We are conscious that we design buildings for human beings to occupy and that the satisfaction and productivity of staff are the critical factors in most clients’ organisations.
Based in Bath with a London branch office the practice undertakes work throughout the UK and has international reach.
